Sylvia Park Galleria officially open for business!

Kiwi Property’s impressive NZ $270M+ Sylvia Park Galleria retail expansion officially opened last Thursday, 15 October 2020. The expansion adds an additional 60 new stores and a new dining precinct to the sprawling Mount Wellington site in Auckland. The development is now around 20,000 square metres with retail giant Farmers opening a 8,100 square metre flagship store in the new expansion. With now 250 stores at Sylvia Park it officially becomes New Zealand’s largest shopping complex (the NZ $790M Westfield Newmarket has 230 stores and our Holmes Consulting Commercial Bay project has 100 stores).

Our Holmes team have been involved in the project since around 2016, and were excited to go to the official opening night last week. The team have worked hard with the client, contractors, and other project stakeholders to help bring this amazing project to life.

Congratulations to Kiwi Property on another superbly executed retail experience!
