Commercial

When it comes to Commercial developments, we’ve done it all, from major high rises to treehouse restaurants—and everything in between. We understand commercial realities, and the need to deliver designs that stand the test of time as well as delivering on the client’s vision for the project. We enjoy the challenge of finding new efficiencies, like minimising use of materials or creating new systems that are flexible in case the structure has to evolve to changing needs in the future. Whatever the structure we’re designing, we bring Holmes Consulting’s trademark approach to quality – delivering timely, accurate designs that combine form and function in the appropriate measures.

Our commercial clients know they can trust us to find new ways to make things possible, bringing our ‘A game’ to some of the toughest engineering challenges going around. When there’s a thorny problem on the table, some of the country’s leading engineers will put their heads together and find a way around it, often designing a brand new type of system no one’s ever seen before. We don’t innovate for the sake of it – we’re just unfailingly energetic in our exploration of new and better ways to get things done.

Our Commercial project experience spans nearly six decades, meaning we’ve got the track record to match the energy and enthusiasm. We love collaborating in dynamic project teams, working with contractors, architects and other consultants to make great things happen. When you’ll work with Holmes Consulting on a Commercial project, you’ll get the weight of our previous project experience, combined with the approachability and open-mindedness that sets us apart from the pack.
